The package came just a few days late from what the app said, but overall super reliable arm

I purchased a 79.00 boom that had the headset holder. I received everything else but the C clamp didn't have the headset holder. The boom is great as far as the low profile and it meets my needs 100%, but I was extremely disappointed when I didn’t get what I’ve paid for. I spoke with 2 representatives that said that I should send back the boom to get the one I've ordered. It's reasonable but with a quality control issue, it wasn't worth it. However, a 10 dollar refund would be acceptable.

I wanted a flexible boom arm that gave me lots of options for placement, was strong enough to hold my SM7b up, and gave me a good height and level for multi purposes. Highly pleased with the product

I was hesitant at spending the $70 for just a microphone mount, but this has exceeded expectations for me. I have a 3 monitor setup, with my main "monitor" being a 42" LG C2. The old crane style microphone mount would always be in my field of view while playing, and I had to have it off to the side because it couldn't properly be used coming from under a monitor. This though, fit the bill perfectly and is everything I wanted. It has the proper length, and design to be used coming from under a monitor while being out of my field of view while playing games.
